I would love you to join this class to experience the amazing physical and mental transformation this wonderful practice can achieve. Dedicate this time to your well-being and allow the comfortable surroundings to take your mind away from the everyday stresses of life. If you are one of the first 8 to book you can experience Restorative Yoga on a heated infrared mat, YES that's right embedded with crystals. This is an experience not to forget. (Normal mats through summer 🌺 months) If you are the 9th to book and on wards you will have a “normal” yoga mat with blankets and bolsters

Cancellation Policies: We understand sometimes you may need to cancel but please keep in mind that we need 24 hours notice before your class time for us to be able to refund you. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs of your class your payment will be forfeited. Please cancel online. If you are having trouble booking or canceling a reservation, please text your request/details to 0424882220. If there is only one person booked in for a class l will cancel that class. Thank you
