Service Description
Modern-day lifestyles can be increasingly complexed and stressful. Are you stressed? Come in and forgot about the world for an hour while you float you the suspended silk hammocks. Sheron or Belinda will take you through a beautiful guided meditation while you destress and let the world go by.

Cancellation Policies: We understand sometimes you may need to cancel but please keep in mind that we need 24 hours notice before your class time for us to be able to refund you. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs of your class your payment will be forfeited. Please cancel online.
