Sky Yoga, mindfulness and lots of funfilled activities. This 3-hour workshop includes a light lunch you really don't have to bring anything but a water bottle and just wear comfortable clothing - eg leggings and a tee. No shoes are required. Thank you and look forward to seeing you.Â
