Flow and restore with Carly A low to medium intensity class suitable for all students to nourish the body and connect with the breath. Expect to build strength and flexibility as you move slowly through a simple sequence of physical postures and transitions, before switching gears into longer holds and deep relaxation

Cancellation Policies: We understand sometimes you may need to cancel but please keep in mind that we need 24 hours notice before your class time for us to be able to refund you. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs of your class your payment will be forfeited. Please cancel online. If you are having trouble booking or canceling a reservation, please text your request/details to 0424882220. If there is only one person booked in for a class l will cancel that class. Thank you
