45 minutes full of fitness and fun. Helps kids to stretch and grow in alignment, decompress after sitting at school or on their computers for hours. Helping to correct posture and strengthening the upper body and core. Can also be good for anxiety

Cancellation Policies: If you need to cancel a booking for whatever reason, you must do so ONE HOUR PRIOR to the class start time. If you do not cancel, your payment will be forfeited. If there is only one person booked in for a class l will cancel that class. Thank you
